Split Tie Gaucho Skirt

An interesting variation on the traditional gaucho skirt, this novel design has overlaying panels, split at the side, which can be worn open and loose as a skirt or tied at bottom to form a totally different crop pant effect that is instant sophistication at work or play.  Wide elastic waistline lies flat for a clean, modern look and can be rolled down once or twice for a younger look (see R214 inset).
